Consensus StatementQuality of EvidenceStrength of Rec.Key Ref
1. Regular image assessments (CT or HRCT), are recommended at least every 12–16 weekIIIA
2. Pulse oximetry, or exertional oxygen saturation assessment, such as the 6-minute walk test (6MWT)*, may be performed at each visit to enhance monitoring for ILD/pneumonitis.IIIB
3. Before and after the 6MWT, desaturation was defined as an SpO2 <90% or a decline in SpO2 >4%.IIB

*The 6MWT was conducted in a marked 30-meter indoor corridor. Patients were instructed to walk as far as possible within 6 minutes, with a minimum duration of 3 minutes. The total walking distance was recorded at the end of the test. Participants were allowed to take breaks during the test if necessary.
